CGA's architecture endeavours to exceed expectations and optimise context and place. Design is not just about buildings, it's about lifestyles too.

As your friendly neighbourhood local architect we have been designing for the north and west Wellington suburbs for nearly 20 years. But the practice has recently expanded to include projects from Auckland to Queenstown.
Our residential work ranges from kitchen and bathroom upgrades to large high-end residential alterations. New-build work ranges from small infill sites to large bespoke homes, catering for all sorts of briefs and budgets.
We are also currently involved in the development of some tiny house prototypes, where sustainability meets architecture and redefines house construction techniques.
Light commercial, multi-unit developments and apartments are a rapidly-growing part of our practice.
We offer the full range of architectural services from feasibility studies, building measures and concept designs, through to resource and building consent (full working drawings), tender and contract documentation, site observation and contract certification. Computer (CAD) 3D animation, artistic rendering, sun studies and terrain site modelling are also included when required.
Cosgrove Goodwin Architects is a Practice Member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects and uses NZIA documentation.
In all of our projects, understanding a sense of place in forming the appropriate contextual response is the key driver to our architecture.
